What paper work do I need to fill out at this time?

Each insurance company requires a different form so that will depend. For the most part:

  1. an Authorization to Begin Repairs form stating that you have met with us and have chosen us to repair your property as per the terms of your insurance policy
  2. a Mortgage Authorization form that will allow us to speak with your Mortgage Company regarding the damage to the home
  3. a form specific to your mortgage company at their request. Both spouses (even if one is not on the mortgage loan) and any other signer on the mortgage must sign the mortgage documents before materials can be ordered and any work begins.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT SIGNING THESE INSURANCE OR MORTGAGE DOCUMENTS DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO USE US AT THIS TIME, IT MEARLY MAKES THE PROCESS FASTER SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TOO. ONLY WHEN SELECTIONS ARE MADE AND MATERIALS ORDERED DO THEY GO INTO AFFECT.
